CAK Guest Pass Program

We can't wait to welcome you to CAK. Our Guest Pass Program allows you to explore the airport post-security, even when you're not flying!

Program and Security Information:

The CAK Guest Pass Program is intended for personal use and to enable approved visitors to spend time, shop, or dine at the airport. Please apply below.

  • The CAK Guest Pass Program allows members of the general public who are not flying that day to visit CAK and enjoy the amenities on the post-security side of the airport.
  • All applications go through a background check. Entry with the CAK Guest Pass Program is not guaranteed.
  • Participants are subject to the same security regulations as passengers boarding an aircraft and must comply with TSA’s screening procedures and policies, do not bring items prohibited by TSA and review the 3-1-1 Liquids Rules.
  • Expedited screening and trusted traveler programs like TSA PreCheck cannot be used with the CAK Guest Pass Program.
  • Access is limited and passes are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • CAK Guest Pass Program is approved only for personal use; commercial or professional use is forbidden and will result in revocation of program access.
  • You must submit one registration per person.
  • For participant identification, each individual will be provided with a sticker. This sticker is to be affixed onto the outermost garment.

CAK Guest Pass Program participants must enter through screening at the TSA Checkpoint between 10:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m.

Please apply 24 hours in advance. At this time, the CAK Guest Pass Program is limited to 50 visitors per week. Before submitting, make sure to check that your information is accurate and provide your full legal name (exactly as it appears on your passport or driver’s license), date of birth, and your gender. You’ll receive a confirmation email verifying that your request has been received. Likewise, you'll receive next steps via email upon approval.

The Transportation Security Administration of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires us to collect information from you for purposes of watch list screening, under authority of 49 U.S.C. section 114, and the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004. Providing this information is voluntary; however, if it is not provided, you may be subject to additional screening or denied transport or authorization to enter a sterile area.
